Booking Conditions

• Seasonality

  In our Pod village, reservations are mandatory. Depending on the season, accommodation units can be booked for a minimum number of nights varying from 1 to 7.

• Contract and reservation

  Reservations are nominative and, as such, are only valid for those persons whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
  Once the booking request is received, Camping Lago 3 Comuni will send the customer an estimate indicating: the type of accommodation unit, the arrival and departure dates, the exact number of days of stay, the method of payment of the deposit (amounts and due dates) and the balance.
  The content of the quote must be verified by the client and confirmed for acceptance by e-mail. With the confirmation of the booking and/or the payment of the deposit/balance, the contract for touristic services is considered concluded and, as such, is binding.
  The acceptance of the booking by Camping Lago 3 Comuni is subject to the payment of the deposit and/or the balance.
  Non-payment of the deposit or of the balance within the indicated time will turn into the cancellation of the booking.
  With the reservation is assured the type of accommodation and the period of stay, but not the pitch number or the Pod number.
  The number of the booked unit will only be communicated at the arrival.

• Changes to booking and withdrawal from the contract

  Each change in terms of personal data, number of participants or additional services must be communicated within 5 days before the arrival date in order to be accepted. A shorter communication of these changes will not be accepted.
  A booking cancellation (after the payment of the deposit or of the balance) must be sent as a written notice of cancellation to Camping Lago 3 Comuni.
  The campsite applies the following general conditions for cancellations.
  The following costs will be charged to the customer in the event case of a booking cancellation:
  

  
  
  • Up to and including the 30th day prior to the arrival date: cost of the first night's stay;
  
  
  • From the 30th day up to and including the 21st day before the arrival date: 40% of the cost of the stay;
  
  
  • From the 21st day up to and including the 14th day before the date of arrival: 50% of the cost of the stay;
  
  
  • From the 14th day up to and including the 5th day before arrival: 75% of the cost of the stay;
  
  
  • From the 5th day included until the day of departure or later: the total amount of the stay.
  
  

  
  In case of early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.
  In case of late arrival or non-arrival on the booking date, any unused nights will still be charged, while in case of non-arrival the full amount of the stay will be charged.

• Payment Methods

  The customer who wishes to make a reservation must pay the deposit/balance within the terms set out in the estimate, according to the methods specified below:
  Payment of the deposit (equal to the cost of the first night of staying) and subsequent payment of the balance no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash at the accommodation. We do not offer online payment methods.
  The accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
  For bookings made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the customer must pay the full amount of the stay at the same time as confirming the booking. With the confirmation of the booking and the payment of the deposit/balance, the contract for the booking of touristic services is considered concluded, and as such is binding. If the customer cancels all or part of the stay, the compensation is considered to be due in any case.
  Non-observance of the terms of payment mentioned above, constitutes an express termination clause that determines, on the part of Camping Lago 3 Comuni, the legal cancellation of the contract.
  Failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the loss of the facilitated economic and ancillary conditions foreseen therein.
  If the accommodation facility detects a price difference, resulting from an incorrect communication during the booking, the payment of the balance must be paid directly on arrival.

  Upon arrival, the customer must show up at campsite ‘s reception with his reservation voucher. The time of arrival and departure, as well as the availability of the accommodation unit, are defined in the accommodation unit's regulations. If the customer does not arrive at the booked accommodation unit within noon of the day after the booking start date and without prior notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and the accommodation unit will be considered available to third parties. If the customer does not vacate the unit within the permitted time, the accommodation facility may charge the customer the daily rate, in accordance with the public price list.

• General Clauses

  With the confirmation of the estimate, the customer accepts the booking conditions of Camping Lago 3 Comuni, the current price list and undertakes to scrupulously respect the rules of the campsite.
  Camping Lago 3 Comuni has the right to cancel the booking contract if the undersigned, his family or his guests do not respect the rules in force.
